So, I don't think I did anything wrong- water, temperature, ph and fertilizer were all considered, yet this basil DID NOT GERMINATE. Hirt's Oregano however, is growing strong.

Sow these seeds where they will remain as cilantro resents transplanting and will bolt, go to seed much faster than it needs to. The fabulous taste of Cilantro leaves then turns into Coriander seeds. This is an easy seed for beginners and so tasty.

(More customer reviews)The seeds i have are up and growing. I have confidence they will develop into a great source of new seeds to pass along and enjoy. They are extremely small and difficult to handle - if you want a hundred, you may want to purchase four packs to make sure you have enough seeds. They are as tiny as a speck. They seem to be very strong and hardy and even though i had a very hard time seeing if the seeds in my hand went into the
soil pockets- every pocket except two has at least one basil growing-but that was about 18 soil pockets for a hundred seeds. Part of this is to teach my child while he is young that he can grow plants and that some have a purpose to our bodies and earth. It doesnt take a huge amount of land to grow herbs and even a large pot will work for basil. We will make tea from these seeds and hopefully when he is older he will have a knowledge of creating from seeds.

If your onions start to produce flowers, pinch them off otherwise the onion will stop maturing.

(More customer reviews)The seeds arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. Mine did not come in little plastic pouches (as pictured). They arrived in what looked sort of like pill boxes with the name of the seed in each section printed on the tab. The pill boxes were shrink wrapped and delivered in a padded envelope. I planted them a few days after they arrived and at this time most of them have already started to sprout and grow. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because they did not arrive with any planting instructions so I'm not sure if the ones that haven't sprouted yet needed something done to them prior to planting or if they are just slow to sprout.
