Wet pet food, in my opinion, with the moisture it provides, is best for cats, but I always use this food too. My cats love it. I provide plenty of Grain free wet food along with it and the combination works well.

(More customer reviews)Oh my, mixed it half and half with EVO dry food as I know foods should be gradually introduced. Not thinking anything about it, by the start of the second day, it was a HUGE problem. Litter box was FULL, bowl was ALWAYS empty, crap was all over the place, caked in his paws, the runs hanging off his fur, and of course, the unbelievable stench. My cat has NEVER exhibited any of this before this stuff. So bad, I disowned the poor guy! I mean, like I want to feed him double just to have it end up on my carpet and bed after he's processed it??? No Thanks, going back to 100% EVO.... It's the best, cost more, but eats way less, so that's MORE then worth it, without even adding in the side effects or the additional cost of litter, not to mention my time following him around and cleaning it up!

(More customer reviews)My 6 month old male Tuxedo cat likes Premium Edge Dry Cat Food for Kitten, Chicken, Salmon and Vegetables, which is "Y" shaped kibble, similar to Californian Natural Chicken and Rice Dry Cat and Kitten Food - 5 lb - Bag. Premium Edge has a higher fat content than California Natural, and is therefore recommended only for kittens. Based on the stated ingredients and nutritional information, I award Premium Edge Dry Cat Food for Kitten, Chicken, Salmon and Vegetables, "5 Stars," even though the bag does not feature a resealable strip, which is a nice feature that some other kibble cat food bags have.
