I was a little hesitant as there were no reviews and the pic looked a little odd (like the baskets had cardboard in them or something) but it came out fine (i.e. no cardboard). The bottoms of the baskets are square shaped, but the spokes make a circle. It's cute. Some buyers might not like that the baskets don't hang down very far, so if you have a high ceiling, beware, you might not be able to reach the top two baskets.
I ordered this basket and the similar copper version that is available for twice the price from another seller. Although I ordered this one three days after the copper one, it came much sooner- they are very fast!

(More customer reviews)Item has broken 3x's since I have gotten it. The basket is good but the chain holding it is cheap and it comes apart and my items have falling. I am going to home depot and buy new chains and redo the whole thing! For the cost of item it should have been nonbreakable, gee I just had 4 apples and one bunch of bananas in it.I should have gotten a cheap one from walmart like I did before cause that lasted me a lot longer then this one (3years). Item is not worth the price!

One of the chains on this hanging basket broke the first time I put vegetables in it. The chains are not
sturdy enough to hold anything but the smallest amount of weight. The manufacturer clearly did not
check to see what the weight tolerance is. I spent literally 3 hours trying to reinforce the chains with
brass wire, hung it again and it broke. I'm going to try to solder some of the links and if that
doesn't work we'll have to buy new chains. I'd like to return it but threw away all the paper work
and don't know who to contact. This is the first time I've bought anything online and not been
satisfied.

(More customer reviews)I bought this set of hanging baskets and was surprised when I went to put a bunch of bananas in it. It fell to the gound. The chains had broken in not one, but two places!
I used my needle nosed pliers to try and fix it, and for a while it was ok. however, this morning it broke again.
Now it's in the trash.
