(More customer reviews)Have been mulching for years and thought,"Finally! Mulch that doesn't fade". Well I don't know how it's going to look in a year but after one day I was very dissapointed. The color in the picture on the bag and the color of the mulch you can see through the plastic is great. Once you spread it out and it dries out(a few hours later) it's about 50% of the original intensity. Actually the color is pretty close to the old mulch I just removed from last spring. At least regular mulch looks decent and richer for longer in the early part of the summer. Don't think I'd buy it again. By the way...make sure you don't lay the bags down on light colored concrete while preparing the areas to mulch. The dye stains porus surfaces.
